While my background comes from software engineering, the organizational challenges I solve exist across all engineering environments: hardware teams, manufacturing operations, electronics labs, technical support, R&D and field operations.

With 25 years of experience across technical and engineering environments, I consistently observed that project failure rarely stems from insufficient technical capability. Most failures originate from organizational misalignment: unclear ownership, weak communication, unstable priorities, missing processes, and poor feedback loops. These problems exist in software companies, but also in manufacturing, hardware engineering, electronics production, operations, and technical organizations of all kinds.
My approach combines Agile management principles with rigorous engineering best practices and a strong understanding of teams' dynamics to restore alignment, predictability, and delivery performance.

By implementing the Agile toolbox: planning, daily standups, reviews, and retrospectives, I create a structured, psychologically safe environment that brings clarity and purpose to the team’s work. I also mentor teams on the practical application of the 12 principles of the Agile Manifesto, ensuring these principles are effectively embedded in day-to-day execution.

Within a feedback-driven operational model, I reinforce engineering excellence through measurable processes, clear quality gates, continuous improvement systems, documentation standards, automation strategies, testing procedures, monitoring and structured feedback loops.
Depending on the environment, this may include software engineering practices (CI/CD, code reviews, pair-programming, gitflow, production monitoring and comprehensive testing strategies), manufacturing workflows, QA processes, operational checklists or cross-team coordination systems.
